Report submitted by Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The said report encloses a communication dated 28.12.2023 made by Nancy Jaiswal, the opposite party no.2. On an appreciation of the contents of the communication, this Court is not satisfied as to whether she intends to withdraw or pursue Dum Dum Police Station Case No. 394 of 2023 dated 22.07.2023 under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The revisional application was admitted on the limited grounds that an amicable settlement has been arrived at. After two reports, the said position could not be made clear by the parties. Accordingly, if subsequently there are change of circumstances, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach this Court or the learned jurisdictional court and under the said set of circumstances, the court would then adjudicate the matter. For the time being, there is no interference.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4472 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
