1. Bereft of all the allegations made in the petition, the petitioner has now restricted his prayer for consideration of the representation made by him on 18th December, 2023 before the respondent no.4.

2. Mr.

Ray, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.4 submits that they will consider such representation and dispose of the same.

3. In view of the afore-stated submissions made by the parties, the respondent no.4 is directed to dispose of the representation dated 18th December, 2023 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order by the petitioner, upon

giving the relevant parties an adequate opportunity of hearing.

4. The respondent no.4 shall communicate the order to be passed by him on the representation to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

5. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the case and the respondent no.4 will be at liberty to deal with the representation and shall not be influenced by any observations made in this order.

7. There shall be no order as to costs.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all formalities, if applied for.
