On a careful Court No. 22 19.01.2023 (Item No. 54) (AB) scrutiny of the said application, it appears to this Court, the said application has not been filed in compliance of the Contempt of Court Rules framed by this Court.

In view of the above, the petitioner will be at liberty to withdraw this Contempt Application and will be at liberty to file afresh strictly in terms of the Contempt Rules on the self-same cause of action. In view of the above, this Contempt Application being CPAN 1348 of 2022 is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same charges and is accordingly disposed of.
