Khatun ...for the petitioner Mr. Abhra Mukherjee Mr. Gautam Banerjee ...for the State The materials in the case diary suggest that the petitioner is involved in stealing and dealing with stolen mobiles. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
