Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Illicit liquor was recovered from co-accused. Petitioner was involved in the illegal business of selling illicit liquor. Chemical report shows the seized liquor is harmful for human consumption. In view of the nature of offence which endangers human life, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
