Mr. Samanta, learned advocate appears for the petitioner and submits that the order of this Court dated November 22, 2024, is required to be modified to the extent by incorporating the name of Kolkata Region, instead of Howrah Region and rectified the name of learned advocate for the State respondent. Hence, the following corrections be incorporated in the said order dated November 22, 2024:- i) In the first and third paragraph of the order dated November 22, 2024, let "Howrah Region", be substituted with "Kolkata Region".

ii) In the fourth paragraph in second page of the said order, let the name of "Mr. Deb Roy" be substituted with the name of "Mr.

Amal Kumar Sen".

Let this order form part and parcel of the earlier order of this Court dated November 22, 2024.
