Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had sexually assaulted a minor girl. When her family member protested, he was assaulted. In view of the aforesaid daring act and predatory attitude of the petitioner towards minor girls, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
