And In Re : Riya Shafin ..... petitioner Mr. Mazhar Hossain Chowdhury Ms. Mobashshara Alam Mr. Mansur Rahaman ... for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Suman De ... for the State Heard the learned Counsels appearing for the parties. Petitioner was accompanying her husband from whom narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 508 grams of morphine was recovered. Close relationship between the petitioner and co-accused and other attending circumstances show concert between them in trafficking narcotics. Under such circumstances and in view of the statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
