1. This is an application for a direction upon the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court at Alipore to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 103 of 2017 expeditiously.

2. Mr. Kar, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that January 29, 2025 and January 30, 2025 have been fixed for arguments by an order being No. 204 dated January 10, 2025.

3. Learned advocate appearing for the opposite party submits, on instruction, that the opposite party is taking steps to challenge the order dated January 10, 2025.

4. Since the dates for arguments have been fixed by the learned trial Judge, there is no necessity to pass any further direction upon the learned trial Judge.

5. Recording the aforesaid fact, C.O. 3962 of 2024 is disposed of. Copy of the order dated January 10,

2025 passed by the learned trial Judge is taken on record.

6. There shall be, however, no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
