We have considered the materials on record. Injuries are not grievous or life threatening. Incident occurred in course of a political clash. Possibility of false implication due to petitioner's political affiliation cannot be ruled out. Investigation is complete. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary and he may be granted anticipatory bail. 3.
