Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Number of persons was injured.

The injury report suggests that the injuries were caused by sharp cutting weapon. The injured names the petitioner as one of the assailants.

It is claimed on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is more than 80 years of age.

There was a free fight between the private parties. One person from the side of the petitioner also received fractured injury.

The injured persons implicate the petitioner in the assault with sharp cutting weapon.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is

rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5762 of 2022 is dismissed.
