1. Petitioners are in custody for about 200 days.

2. Petitioners are ladies.

3. Bail sought for on the ground that the petitioners did not play any active role in the incident and that they are ladies.

4. It appears from the materials placed on record that the petitioners brought out the sharp cutting weapon and the crowbar which were used in the murder of the victim.

5. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

6. CRM (DB) 3867 of 2024 is rejected.
