Petitioner stands on the same footing as that of the other co-accused whose prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected on January 9, 2024 passed in CRM(A) 4806 of 2023. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5094 of 2023 is dismissed.
