...For the Petitioner The present revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious hearing of the title Suit No.79 of 2017 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalyani, Nadia.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for, and the fact that the suit is of the year 2017, the learned trial court is directed to make all endeavour to dispose of suit preferably within one year of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the revisional application is disposed of.
