Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Case diary suggests that the petitioner is involved in defrauding members of the public in respect of banking transactions. The sum involved is in excess of Rs.1 crore. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 5096 of 2023 is dismissed.
