Present petition has been filed for expeditious disposal of the complaint Cases being C. Case Nos. 699 of 2022, 700 of 2022, 701 of 2022, 702 of 2022 and 703 of 2022 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Taking into the facts and circumstances of this case learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24Parganas is directed to conduct the proceedings

expeditiously in the above complaint cases in accordance with law without giving any unnecessary adjournment.
