Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Minor victim had been allegedly raped. Prayer for anticipatory bail of co-accused viz. Sahanur Baidya had been turned down by a coordinate Bench of this court. Under such circumstances, we do not consider it prudent to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
