Case No.315 of 2025).

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he has instructions that the petitioner would plead guilty before the learned Trial Court and intends to return to Bangladesh.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

In view of the instructions received by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner, I direct that in case the petitioner pleads guilty by way of application before the learned Trial Court, learned Trial Court would impose sentence to the period which has already been undergone and thereafter pass necessary directions for Push Back of the present petitioner to Bangladesh. Learned Trial Court would dispose of the said application within a period of fifteen days from the date of the filing of the said application.

Since the Push Back process of the present petitioner to Bangladesh involves administrative action, efforts be put in by the Investigating Officer of the case and/or the District Administration to ensure that the said process is completed within a period of sixty days from the date of passing of the order by the learned Magistrate.

Learned Magistrate is directed to adhere to the directions passed above.

So far as the prayer for bail of the petitioner is concerned, the same is rejected.

The application for bail, being CRM (M) 2567 of 2025, is, thus, disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
