Mr. Arpan Mondal .....For the petitioner Petitioner before us is the father of two children.

Apparently, there are matrimonial discord between the petitioner and his wife. Children are with the wife.

Allegation is that the petitioner is not being granted visitation rights.

Petitioner possesses statutory alternative remedy.

There is no special circumstance warranting invocation of Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Custody of the children with their mother cannot be pronounced to be illegal, in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

In such circumstances, we are not minded to interfere with the writ petition.

W.P.A. (H) 97 of 2025 is dismissed without any order as to costs.
