In an incident of assault, the victim suffered fracture on the right proiana tibia with bare bone exposed and infection present due to assault.

Petitioners before us stand implicated in such assault. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, C.R.M.(A) 5103 of 2023 is rejected. (Debangsu Basak, J.)
