advocate for the petitioner/husband, has submitted that there are certain inconsistencies or inadvertent typographical/clerical mistakes in the affidavit of assets, which has been filed before the ld. JM, 5th Court, Sealdah.

Ld. advocate submits that an opportunity be granted to file fresh affidavit of assets and liabilities and, also prays for concluding the main proceeding as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submissions so advanced by the ld. advocate, affidavit of assets and liabilities, as prayed for, be filed by 20th of December, 2023 and be allowed by the ld. Magistrate. Thereafter, ld. Magistrate would fix date in every 45 days for the trial of the case, so that the trial of M-174 of 2021 can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4475 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
