The petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ application, the insurance company has passed the order rejecting the claim of the petitioner. 2.

Accordingly, he prays for withdrawal of the present writ application with liberty to file afresh challenging the impugned order passed by the insurance company before the appropriate forum.

In view of the above, WPA 27176 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
