Report submitted by the State has been considered by this Court. The report is returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State. The report reflects that the petitioners were dissatisfied with the measurement and, as such, did not finally participate in the process. Accordingly, the police authorities are not having any documents so far as the signature is concerned. As the issue relates to demarcation of the property, petitioners, if so advised, will approach the BL & LRO concerned. The BL & LRO if he deems fit and proper would pass necessary orders and, if required, direct the police authorities for rendering appropriate assistance.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 26217 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
