For the State The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Manisha Sharma, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority. I find from the revisional application that the same is a subject-matter of challenge in respect of a proceeding arising out of Special Case No. 14 of 2022 pending before the Learned Special Court (POCSO), Bankura under Section 354A of the I.P.C. and Section 8 of the POCSO Act. The revisional application has been filed through the Power of Attorney Holder. But, in a criminal case, when the applicant is an accused he can only sign and file the vokalatnama.

The Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner intends to withdraw the present application with liberty to file afresh.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 4499 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending application, if any, is also dismissed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file afresh by correcting the technicalities which are involved in filing the present revisional application.
