Petitioner complains that police authorities have not responded to the report called for by the Learned Executive Magistrate in connection with the MP Case no. 1278/23.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report which reflects that such report was submitted on 14.01.2024 before the concerned Executive Magistrate. However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is apprehensive in respect of encroachment of his property. So far as the right, title and interest is concerned, the petitioner would approach the jurisdictional Civil Court for determination of his rights. In the meantime, I direct the police authorities to keep a strict vigil and to ensure that no breach of peace or tranquility take place and no

untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 27524 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report as submitted be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
