It is submitted that the petitioner was released on the next day after his parents were called. The Belghoria Police Station has produced report in the form of instructions dated 05.02.2023, which is taken on record.

It appears that the petitioner was arrested on the allegations of trying to disturb the private respondent no. 6 and invade her privacy.

It appears that the petitioner has been released on a bond of one Mithu Ghosh after proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. were drawn up.

A copy of the report of the police be made available to the counsel for the petitioner.

This Court is satisfied with the report of the Belghoria Police Station.

The instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
