Tanuj Kanti Das And ORS v. State Of West Bengal And ORS.
25.04.2025 DL-6 Ali ct. no.24 WPA 27183 of 2022 Tanuj Kanti Das & Ors.
Vs.
The State of West Bengal & Ors.
Mr. Debasis Sur ...... for the petitioners.
Mr. Debasis Sur, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the matter has already been referred before the learned appropriate Court (District Judge) for reference under Section 18 of L.A. Act thus the instant writ petition has become infructuous. So he prayed for necessary order. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners; it appears to me that the instant writ petition was filed seeking mandamus upon the authority to refer the matter before the concerned authority (District Judge) under Section 18 L.A. Act. It is the contention on behalf of the petitioners that he concerned authority has already taken step by referring the matter before the learned competent authority (District Judge).
Thus, it appears that the instant writ petition has become infructuous.
Under the above observations, the instant writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
