1. Report submitted by the State reflects that examination of all the victims were completed in the month of February, March and July 2023.

2. Petitioner was granted bail on 20th January, 2025. Having considered that the petitioner did not violate the conditions as is reflected from the report I am of the opinion that the conditions so imposed while granting bail on 20th January, 2025 be hereby withdrawn.

3. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2025 is allowed.
