The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of the Madhyamgram Police Station in investigating into FIR No. 357 of 2022 dated 22.07.2022.

The Police are represented. It is submitted that investigation has been completed with some delay. Charge Sheet No. 177 of 2023 dated 31.03.2023 under Sections 420/406/34 of the IPC has been filed.

It is expected that such delay does not occur in future.

The instant writ petition is thus disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
