Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been thrown out of his residence pursuant to the overt acts and offences committed by the private respondents, although a case being Balarampur PS Case No. 49/2024 dated 24.03.2024 was registered for investigation. However, the accused persons have been purposely implicated in a criminal case with diluted sections so that they can avail the liberty. Be that as it may, since charge sheet has already been submitted in connection with the aforesaid case, if the petitioner is faced with inconveniences, petitioner will bring the same to the notice of the jurisdictional Magistrate in seisin of the

criminal case being Balarampur PS Case No.

49/2024.

The police report also reflects that the present petitioners along with his family members are residing at the same village in a two-storied house in peaceful condition. This is the report of the police authorities but apprehensions have been expressed by the petitioner before this Court. Accordingly, if an application is taken out under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018, Learned Magistrate would under the relevant provisions of the scheme ensure that the petitioners are not faced with inconveniences because of the criminal case pending before the jurisdictional court. With the aforesaid observations WPA 28031 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
