The Haroa Police Station has filed a report dated February 28, 2023, which is taken on record. It appears that the petitioner had entered into an agreement with one Sahinur Bibi @ Kohinur Bibi to sell his property to her for a consideration of Rs. 1,50,000/-. The petitioner took Rs. 50,000/- as advance and has resiled from the agreement.

The private respondent Kohinur Bibi has stated that if the petitioner returned the said sum of Rs. 50,000/-, she would vacate the house and return it to him.

This Court is of the view that the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent is purely civil nature.

The petitioner is also guilty of suppression of a large number of facts and hence is not entitled to relief.

The instant writ petition shall stand dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
