Mr. Partha Chrkraborty -For the petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the revisional application, a sum of Rs. 2,20,000/- as directed by the learned Appeal Court/Sessions Court has already been deposited. Criminal appeal No. 37 of 2022 is pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-IV, Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

In view of the amount being already deposited, the learned trial court would proceed with the main hearing of the appeal. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 4500 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
