Respondent nos. 9 to 11, on the other hand, have submitted before this Court that the concerned Pradhan has received the application for a sanctioned plan and that the requisite fees for sanction had also been realized from them.

This Court, by an interim order dated 20th January, 2026, directed the Pradhan, Kotulpur Gram Panchayat, to consider the application for a sanctioned plan dated 17th January, 2022, submitted by respondent nos. 9 to 11.

Today, it has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the Pradhan that the prayer for a sanctioned plan of respondent nos. 9 to 11 has been considered. The sanction, however, has not yet been granted, and the respondents have been directed to file a modified sanctioned plan. Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 9 to 11 submits that his clients shall act in accordance with the order dated 6th February, 2026, passed by the Pradhan, Kotulpur Gram Panchayat.

In view of the foregoing, this Court finds no justification to keep the writ petition pending. Accordingly, WPA 27286 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Let the order dated 6th February, 2026, passed by the Pradhan, Kotulpur Gram Panchayat, be kept on record.
