The learned counsel for the respondent/Railways is present and has filed certificate dated 19.06.2024 by the appropriate authority certifying that the writ petitioner has re tired from railway service on 31.03.2021 and all his retirement dues has been paid to him in time. Let the said certificate be made part of the record.

Considering the said fact, the present writ petition is now become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.

Be it noted that the writ petitioner has failed to appear since the date of listing.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
