1. Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is in custody for 207 days. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Minor has not yet been examined. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected. .
