It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner there was a romantic relationship between the parties. It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim. Victim stated she had broken up with the petitioner. Thereafter he kidnapped her and forcibly raped her. In view of the aforesaid materials and as the victim is a minor, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
