Ms. Mousumi Bhowal, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the conducting advocate was engaged in some other court, when the matter was called on for hearing resulting in dismissal of the application and she prays for restoration.

By order dated 15.1.2020, the revisional application was dismissed as no body appeared on behalf of the petitioner. The application for restoration has been filed within time and cause shown is sufficient. Hence, the order dated 15.1.2020 is hereby recalled.

The revisional application is restored to its original file and number.

The CRAN 544 of 2020 is hereby allowed.

The petitioner is directed to serve notice upon the opposite party no. 2 intimating the next date fixed for hearing. Let the matter appear on 12th September, 2022. (Bivas Pattanayak, J.)
