We find learned Magistrate enlarged the opposite party on interim bail. Impugned order is an interlocutory one. It is open to the petitioner to agitate his grievances before the Magistrate and seek cancellation of bail in accordance with law. With this observation, application being CRM (DB) 4366 of 2022 is disposed of.
