Heard learned Advocates for both the parties. 2.

We have considered the materials on record. Apart from statement of co-accused before police officer implicating the petitioners in dealing in narcotics, there are call detail records showing frequent conversations between the petitioners and co-accused from whom narcotics was recovered. Petitioners did not join investigation and absconded. Though charge sheet has been filed, apprehension and further interrogation of petitioners in course of further investigation may reveal incriminating materials implicating them in the crime. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stands rejected.
