The learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a written instruction dated February 2, 2026 wherein the petitioner has requested the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter and requested the advocate to withdraw the writ application.

2. In view of the written instruction, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present writ application.
