The revisional application has become infructuous. The order impugned was passed on October 18, 2023 by the learned Additional District Judge, 15th Court at Alipore in Act VIII Case No.85 of 2022. Three dates were fixed in 2023 for visitation at Mani Square between 12 noon to 3 p.m. The father and the grandmother were allowed to meet the child and spend quality time. The revisional application has been filed challenging such order, which has already taken effect. It is also submitted that a consent order was passed on March 2, 2024 by which the learned court had fixed the date of visitation on April 6, 2024, that is, the first Saturday at 2 p.m. at the court premises. Thus, the apprehension of the mother with regard to unsupervised visitation, is also ruled out. The learned court shall proceed with the pending interlocutory applications expeditiously and the issues which have been raised by the mother for the first time, before this court, is not required to be gone into. The petitioner/mother

is at liberty to proceed in accordance law before the appropriate forum.

A copy of the revisional application be served upon Mr. Bhattacharya within the course of this week.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to cost.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
