The report reflects that the petitioner was implicated as an accused in connection with Memari P.S. Case No.

461 of 2022 dated 27.07.2022, where, the police authorities after completion of investigation has already submitted charge-

sheet.

The facts of the case related to illegal mining, transportation and stacking of sand without obtaining any prior permission from the competent authority.

The petitioner alleges against the respondent no.5, who happens to be a public servant - the then BL&LRO of Memari Block, who was responsible for issuing licence.

Substantially, there are no materials except verbal wild allegations against the respondent no.5.

Having considered that the complaint lodged on 30th of September, 2024 is in the nature of a counter-blast to the steps taken by the public servant, who was the maker of the FIR, I am of the opinion that the present writ petition has been preferred for circumventing the

outcome of the police investigation of Memari P.S. Case No. 461 of 2022.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 27550 of 2024 is dismissed.
