Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2025, other accused persons who were arrested have been released on bail. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the period of detention of the present petitioner, I am of the opinion further custodial detention of the present petitioner is unwarranted. As such the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.

Accordingly, petitioner namely, Sk. Sirajul alias Sk. Siraj alias Sk. Hisabuddin Mondal alias Kana shall furnish bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two

sureties of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Howrah.

If on bail, the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of learned trial Court in seisin of the present case and shall make himself available as per direction of the concerned Court. Thus, CRM (M) No. 2529 of 2025 is allowed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
