1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of a subsequent order having been passed, which is also required to be challenged, the petitioners do not want to proceed further with the matter.

2. Accordingly, WPA No. 26252 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioners to sue afresh on the self-same cause of action as well as incorporating a challenge to subsequent orders, if any.

3. The written instruction filed today be kept on record.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
