The election of the Abasberia SKUS LTD fell due long back. The same has not been conducted till date. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 being the West Bengal Cooperative Election Commission to conduct and conclude the election at the earliest but positively within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.
