We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and others had kidnapped the victim to extort money. Statement of the victim implicates the petitioner in the crime. In view of the nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
