1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered materials on record. Petitioner is the teacher of the minor victim. Minor's statement shows he had sexually assaulted her.

3. In view of the nature of crime by a person in fiduciary control of the victim we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
