It is submitted that several interlocutory applications are still pending. It appears that the suit was initiated in the year 2020 and several interlocutory applications are still pending.

Considering the relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court on giving proper opportunity to both the parties shall dispose of the interlocutory applications, if any, within a period of three months from the date of this order and make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit as expeditiously as possible.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court, Howrah. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
