Petitioner is in custody for one year. He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in October 2022. There is no change in circumstance since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
