On hearing the parties and considering the materials on record, it appears that the Title Suit has been initiated in the year 2021.

Considering the nature of relief prayed for the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court on giving proper opportunity to both the parties shall dispose of the interlocutory applications, if any, within a period of three months from the date of this order and make all endeavour to dispose of the Title Suit as expeditiously as possible.

There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Sealdah.
